Why choosing 15V POE power adapter?
Most powered device require 12V power supply, the voltage of the supplying power will be drop at a distance of transmission via network cable. Usually, the voltage will drop to lower than 12V after over 10 meters delivering via network cable, which is just satisfied for AP working regularly. When the POE is 12V, the AP will be not in regular working due to under-voltage, on the contrary, the over-voltage will hit the device. So, taking all into account, 15V will be more appropriated especially for the powered device connected over 10meters far away.
